I have returned two operations to profitability and guided others through a visioning and strategic planning process that resulted in a positive culture change and increased efficiency and profitability.
I have presented seminars on board governance, succession planning, strategic planning, teamwork, leadership, social media, governmental affairs and community relations. I have keynoted on leadership, community involvement and governmental advocacy.
