 The session will cover the following topics:

 What is your exposure in regards to legal compliance and public disclosure?

  • Conflicts of Interest
  • Code of Ethics/Conduct

What policies are are needed to fulfill your oversight and governance responsibilities?

  • Operational
  • Financial
  • Fundraising

All attendees will receive a copy of the Principles for Good Governance and Ethical Practice: A Guide for Charities and Foundations along with the workbook to use for your organization.
